Free Rapid Screening for CKD

The Kidney TRUST’s free rapid-screening program identifies individuals who have signs of kidney impairment.  We have screened more than 20,000 people since the program began – 12% of those screened showed signs of CKD and were counseled to see their doctors. These individuals were empowered to change their lives, modify their behavior and receive timely treatment.

Along with learning their screening results onsite, participants benefit from a personal education session to explain their results and any individual risk factors, receive materials that offer additional education about CKD and its prevention, and are encouraged to seek medical follow-up as appropriate.

A list of upcoming screenings is set out below.  Please contact us at kidneyscreening@kidneytrust.org or 1.877.444.2398 for more information or if you would be interested in organizing a screening in your area.
